Orders must be placed by 5:00 PM, two days before your chosen delivery date. For example, to receive your order on Wednesday, place it by 5:00 PM on Monday. Orders placed after this time move to the next available slot.

To confirm your collection time, we just need to check one thing — when did you place your order? Please reply with your order date, and we'll confirm everything right away.
Our store is open Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at 46–48 Portman Road, Reading, RG30 1EA. Entry is from the rear of the building.
- Placed yesterday or earlier: Your order will be ready to collect the next working day between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. No need to call ahead.
- Placing today for same-day collection: Let us know, and we'll confirm if same-day collection is available.

Q14. My parcel arrived damaged, or there was a spillage. What should I do?
We're really sorry to hear this. If you've already sent photos, our team is reviewing them and will be in touch shortly. If you haven't yet, please send clear photos of the outer box from all sides and the affected items and we'll get this resolved as quickly as possible.
Q15. Items are missing from my order. How do I report this?
We're sorry about this. If you've already sent your photo and paper invoice, our team is reviewing your order against our packing records and will be in touch shortly. If you haven't sent these yet, please share a photo of the paper invoice included with your order and we'll get this sorted right away.
Q16. I received the wrong item. What should I do?
We apologise for the error. If you've already sent photos of the incorrect item and paper invoice, our team is on it. If not, please share those photos and we'll review your order and arrange a resolution promptly.
Q17. The weight I received is less than stated. I received an underweight item.

Q18. The product label shows a different product or an expired/near expiry date.
