2. How we prepare your meat

Once you place an order, our master butchers cut your selection fresh to your specification. We source from trusted farms that meet strict halal and welfare standards, including free-range and grass-fed, where specified.

After preparation, items are packed, labelled, and stored at chilled temperatures (~2°C) to maintain freshness and safety during delivery.

3. How delivery works

• Nationwide UK delivery via express overnight couriers
• Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days
• Free weekday delivery on orders over £40
• Weekend delivery available at extra cost

You’ll receive tracking updates from both the courier and us so you can follow your order easily.

4. Packaging and food safety

We use temperature-controlled eco packaging designed to keep meat chilled during transit. Medium and large orders include insulated ice packs (up to 58 hours cooling time), while smaller orders use mailer bags (up to 50 hours).

All packaging is recyclable and designed to maintain fridge-safe temperatures throughout delivery.

5. Delivery day expectations

• Box arrives chilled with partially melted ice packs
• Meat should still be cold to touch
• Store immediately in fridge or freezer
• Report any issues with photos and order number

6. Changes, cancellations & support

• Order changes: Only possible before packing starts
• Cancellations: Subject to notice period (typically 72 hours)
• Delivery issues: Report immediately with photos

7. Halal standards & principles

All products are 100% halal and certified by recognised authorities. We prioritise ethical sourcing, animal welfare, and clean, tayyib meat with no hormones or routine antibiotics.

8. Do we have a physical store? 

Yes — you are very welcome to visit us in person.
