Where to find your order ID

• Your order ID can be found in your order confirmation email.
• If you’re unable to find it, please get in touch with our Support Team with your name and email address, and we’ll help you locate it.

How tracking works

• Once your order has left our facility, we’ll send you an email with your shipping details and tracking ID.
• You can then use this tracking ID on the courier’s website to check the latest delivery status.

If your tracking information isn’t updating or your parcel seems delayed, please contact our Support Team, and we’ll look into it with the courier for you.
