Order Issues & Complaints
We apologise if your parcel has arrived damaged or with any leakage. We take packaging and product safety very seriously.
Step 1: Take clear photos
Please take the following photos:
- The outer box from all sides, showing any damage or leakage.
- The inside of the box allows us to see how the items were packed.
- Any affected items, including their packaging.
- The paper invoice.
Step 2: Contact our Support Team
Once you have the photos, please get in touch with our Support Team and attach them along with your order ID.
We will review the images, look into the issue with our packing and courier partners, and get back to you with a suitable resolution as soon as we can.
