Ramadan and Eid bring the year's most meaningful meals — and our busiest kitchen. A little planning means your table is exactly as you hope, right on time.
Order early — it matters most now. Demand peaks sharply around Ramadan and both Eids, and popular cuts and dates can sell out. We recommend ordering 3–5 days ahead and selecting your delivery date at checkout. Remember our rhythm: order by 5 pm, two days before your chosen date — and note that peak cut‑offs can close earlier once butchery capacity fills.
For the iftar table. Open the fast the traditional way with our dates — Madinah Ajwa and jumbo Palestinian Medjoul (dates guide) — and build hearty suhoor and iftar meals around mince, curry cuts, whole chickens and roasts.
For Eid celebrations. Centrepiece roasts (lamb shoulder, leg, whole birds, brisket, Wagyu) for the family gathering — size them with [How much meat per person?]. And for gifts to family and friends, our hampers, honey and dates (sending a gift).
For Eid al‑Adha. See our dedicated [Qurbani / Udhiyah with Saffron Alley] guide.
Plan your freezer. Stock up ahead and freeze on the day of delivery (storage guide) so the cooking days themselves are calm.
