Every order from our butchery includes the initials of the butcher who prepared it. If something is not right with your delivery, please contact our team, and we will review the issue carefully.
When to contact us
If your order arrives with a missing item, the wrong product, less than the stated minimum weight, damage during delivery, or in a condition that does not seem safe, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
What to include
When contacting our team, please include the following, if not already provided:
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging as received.
- Your paper invoice. If you have already sent it, no further action is needed.
The invoice helps us trace the order details and review our packing records accurately. This allows us to investigate the issue properly and follow up internally where needed.
What happens next
Our team will review the information provided alongside our packing records and aim to respond as soon as possible. We will advise you on the next steps after assessment.
If the item does not appear safe to consume, please set it aside and do not cook or eat it while the matter is being reviewed.
