From the moment your order leaves our butchery, you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as your order is dispatched — here's exactly what to expect, and when.
The two emails that matter.
- Your order confirmation — sent the moment you place your order. It contains your order number, which you'll want for any conversation with our team.
- Your dispatch email — sent once our master butchers have cut, weighed, sealed and packed your order and it has left for the overnight network. This email contains your tracking ID and a link to the courier's live tracking page.
Reading your tracking page. Once you open the link, you'll see your parcel's journey in real time — collected from us, travelling through the network overnight, out for delivery on the morning of your chosen date. On delivery day, the courier's page shows an estimated time window, so you'll know roughly when to listen for the knock.
Can't find your dispatch email? Three quick checks before anything else: search your inbox for "Saffron Alley", check your spam or promotions folder, and confirm the email address used at checkout. Still nothing on the evening before your delivery date? Contact us with your order number, and we'll send your tracking details directly.
