1. You order. Browse the range, add to your basket, and at checkout choose your delivery date and add any special butchery requests in the notes box (how to phrase them). Our rhythm: order by 5 pm, two days before your chosen date.
2. We cut fresh. After the cut‑off, our master butchers prepare your order by hand — cut to your spec, weighed to at least its stated minimum, then vacuum‑sealed to lock in freshness. The butcher and packer initial your invoice, so every order is signed work.
3. We ship cold. Your order travels overnight in temperature‑controlled, fully recyclable packaging that holds it at around 2°C (how that works). You'll get a dispatch email with tracking (how to track).
4. You enjoy. Run the quick 60‑second freshness check on arrival. Cold to the touch is perfect, then refrigerate or freeze on the day storage guides. Then cook something wonderful — our cooking guides are here to help.
