Halal charcuterie — salami, pastrami, beef bacon, mortadella, nduja — sounds almost too good to be true, so let us reassure you completely: every deli product we sell is genuinely halal, certified at its source.
Imported, but never compromised. We import the finest artisanal deli products from specialist producers across the globe, chosen for craftsmanship and made with real meats and no fillers. Each product is halal‑certified by official Islamic authorities in its country of origin — the certification travels with the product; it isn't something we apply ourselves.
The slaughter standard behind our deli.
- Beef deli items (beef bacon, pastrami, bresaola‑style cuts, beef salami) come from unstunned cattle, hand‑slaughtered by a Muslim.
- Poultry deli items (turkey rashers, turkey pastrami, chicken charcuterie) come from reversibly stunned birds, hand‑slaughtered by a Muslim — the same standard as our fresh poultry, explained in [Our slaughter methods].
A word on ingredients. Because deli products are prepared and cured, they contain more than just meat — curing salts, spices, stabilisers and the like. None are non‑halal, but if you avoid specific additives or have allergies, always read the ingredients on the pack; we list them on each product page too. (Allergens & ingredients hub.) Some cured items contain soy, gluten or other allergens — the label is your friend.

FAQs
- Is halal salami/pepperoni/bacon really halal? Yes — ours is made from halal‑certified meat (beef or turkey), never pork, and certified in its country of origin.
- Which authority certifies the deli? It varies by product and origin country; all are recognised Islamic certification bodies. Ask us about a specific item, and we'll confirm.
