Plans changed, or spotted a typo in your address? Whether we can update it depends — as with all order changes — on how close your delivery date is.
Your delivery is 2 or more days away — easily done. Share a request with your order number and the correction:
- New address? Send the full, correct delivery address, and we'll update it before packing. (If the new address is in a different region, delivery charges or timing may differ — see [Do you deliver to my postcode?])
- New date? Tell us your preferred date, and we'll move it, subject to availability.
Your delivery is tomorrow — we're sorry, it's already shipped. Once dispatched (the day before delivery), the address and date are locked with the courier. But you're not stuck:
- Not home on the day? Set instructions via the courier's tracking link, or see [What if I'm not home?] — Your box is built to wait.
- Wrong address and already shipped? Contact us immediately, and we'll try to intercept it with the courier, though we can't guarantee it once it's in their network.
Your delivery is today — it's out for delivery. Use the tracking link to add delivery instructions where the courier allows; we can't change the address at this stage.
A note on security. For your protection, we'll only change a delivery address on instruction from the account or order holder — we may ask for details to confirm it's you. We'll never apply an address change that arrives through anyone other than you.
FAQs
- Can I change to a cheaper delivery day? If you move from Saturday to a weekday 2+ days away, the premium Saturday fee no longer applies.
- Can I split my order between two delivery addresses? Yes, but the order will need to be split into two separate orders, with each delivery address treated as an individual shipment. Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds are calculated separately for each order. For example, if both orders are over £40 and are being delivered on a standard weekday service, both would qualify for free delivery. If either order falls below the free-delivery threshold, the applicable delivery charge would apply to that order.
