Your order number is the key that lets us find everything about your order in seconds — so whenever you contact us, having it to hand speeds things up beautifully. Here's where to find it.
Your confirmation email. The fastest source: we send an order confirmation the moment you check out, and your order number is at the top (it usually looks like S-12345 or similar). Search your inbox for "Saffron Alley" — and check spam or promotions if it's hiding.
Your account. If you ordered while signed in, log in and open Order history to see every order and its number. (Account help here.).
Your dispatch email. Once your order ships, the dispatch email (with your tracking) also shows the order number.
Can't find it anywhere? Don't worry — contact us with the email address or phone number used at checkout, plus a rough order date, and we'll look it up for you.

- I checked out as a guest — do I still have an order number? Yes, it's in your confirmation and dispatch emails, even without an account.
- Is the order number the same as the tracking number? No — the order number is ours (S-12345); the tracking number is the courier's. Both appear in your dispatch email.
- I never received a confirmation email. Check spam first; if it's truly missing, the email may have a typo — contact us, and we'll confirm and resend.
