Creating an account. Visit saffronalley.com/account/register and sign up with your email — it takes a moment, and your details are then saved securely for next time.
Logging in. Go to saffronalley.com/account/login and enter your email and password.
Forgotten your password? On the login page, choose "Forgot your password?" and we'll email you a secure reset link. For your security, we can't see or set your password for you — the reset link puts you back in control in moments. (Check spam if the email's slow to appear.)
Your order history. Once signed in, your account shows past orders and their numbers — handy for reordering or for quoting an order number to our team.
Guest checkout. No account? No problem — you can order as a guest. You'll still receive confirmation and dispatch emails with your order and tracking numbers; you simply won't have a saved history.
Updating your details. Change your saved address, email or marketing preferences from within your account.
