From everyday chicken breast to slow‑grown pasture‑raised birds, here's our full poultry range and what makes each special (sourcing & certification).
Chicken cuts. Breast, thigh, drumsticks, wings and chicken mince — your everyday essentials.
Whole chickens, by tier. Regular free‑range; corn‑fed (golden, richer) and pasture‑raised Berkshire — slower‑grown for firmer meat and flavour you'll notice from the first bite.
Turkey. Whole free‑range turkey (a Christmas pre‑order favourite — see [Christmas turkeys & celebration roasts]); smoked turkey rashers and turkey pastrami in the deli.
Duck. Whole free‑range duck — superb roasted, with crisp skin.
Poultry deli. Smoked turkey rashers, turkey pastrami and more — all halal (deli certification).
A note on our poultry's halal standard. Our birds are reversibly stunned before hand‑slaughter by a Muslim, certified by HQC & HFA — explained fully and honestly in [Our slaughter methods].
