Opened your pack and feel the weight doesn’t match what you ordered? We can help check if something’s gone wrong.
Why weights can vary slightly
Many of our products are hand‑cut and packed by weight, so small variations are normal:
- Some items are sold as “approximate weight” and may be a little over or under the stated amount
- Natural variation between cuts means two packs can look different even if they weigh the same
That said, you shouldn’t receive anything that is significantly under what you ordered.
How to check your item’s weight
If you think the weight is off:
- Place the unopened pack on a kitchen scale (if you have one)
- Take a clear photo of the scale reading with the pack on it
- Don’t forget the packaging weight is already included in how we portion products, so weighing the sealed pack is fine
If you don’t have scales, we can still review based on photos of the product and label.
What we need from you
To investigate properly, please send us:
- If possible, a photo of the unopened pack on your kitchen scale showing the weight
How we’ll help
Once we’ve reviewed your photos and order details, we will:
- Confirm whether your pack falls outside our usual weight tolerance
- Offer a suitable resolution
If your item looks significantly underweight, please let us know – we always want our portions to be fair and in line with what you ordered.
